Message	shortly after i bought the car. I used a primer made especially for plastic from home depot lightly sanded it and used a flat black on it and the wiper arms. Mine have a little shine. All new mounting hardware from the dealership was only like 18 bucks [I would recommend it because the screws are made of a really soft metal so you will trash them trying to get them out if they are the originals and the clips are plastic which is probably faded]. I used a soldering iron to put the screens back on afterwards you can just reheat where they were mounted originally.
